Informative announcement on personal data processing at the event registration

The purpose of personal data processing is the registration of participants in the activities of the University (guest lectures, graduations, seminars, conferences, etc.  activities besides study process), informing about the changes in the events and reflection of the events on the University’s homepage, social networks, etc. communication channels by using  photographs, audio and video materials.  Information about where participants of the events organized by the University get information about concrete event and their status (Student / Employee / Absolvent / Guest) is collected for marketing needs of the University in order to evaluate the interest of the target audience of the activities organized by University and the need for their improvement.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the European Parliament and the Council regulation No. 2016/679 About protection of individual regarding to personal data processing and free movement of such data and repealing the Directive 95/46/EK (General data protection regulation) 6th article 1st point a) the data subject has given his consent to the processing of his personal data for one or more specific purposes.

The obtained personal data can be given whole or partly to the registration web site

By registering for the events of the University, the personal data indicated in the application will be stored in the site database. Within 30 (thirty) days the data indicated in the registration form will be deleted from the database of the website. The personal data contained in the registration form of the event will be stored at the University for 30 (thirty) days after the guest lecture, or, if the person has applied  for notifications of further events, for receiving the refusal.

The data subject has the right to request the University  access to his / her personal data, to request correct or delete  inaccurate personal data, by submitting the reasons for the request,  in the cases provided  by law can request restriction of the processing of personal data, and object to processing it, file a complaint regarding the processing of unlawful personal data in the supervisory authority- Data state inspection.

The data subject's personal data is used only for the above-mentioned data processing.

The data subject has the right to withdraw this consent at any time without adverse consequences by sending a notification to the email address The withdrawal of consent will not affect the legality of the processing, which is based on consent before the withdrawal.
