Business Administration
The study program “Business Administration” is designed to provide versatile knowledge that will enhance the student's professional development, as well as to provide the skills competent managers need. The MBA program will provide knowledge in global marketing, human resource management and development as well as in-depth insights into crisis management, sustainable development and innovation.
During their MBA studies at one of the leading universities in Latvia, students will acquire the professional knowledge and competencies on the use of strategic management technologies in today's conditions to achieve higher business efficiency. You will learn how to manage and evaluate changes using forecasting methods. You will study innovation management systems and methods to successfully run and establish your business in a long term. Study content is provided by prominent professors and experienced entrepreneurs.

You will acquire the professional knowledge and competencies on the use of strategic management technologies in today's conditions to achieve higher business efficiency. You will learn how to manage and evaluate changes using forecasting methods. You will study innovation management systems and methods to successfully run and establish your business in a long term.
Skills and competencies in financial management and investment attraction will be acquired at a professional level. There will be an opportunity to study subjects related to EU support for entrepreneurship, application of business models and evaluation of process efficiency, which will provide professional level competencies for successful operation in the international market. With the theoretical and practical knowledge obtained, the Master's thesis will be developed and defended.
Admission requirements
In order to enter the master's study program in Business Administration with the study length of 1,5 or 1,6 years, the applicants are requested to present a professional bachelor's diploma or 5th level professional qualifications diploma obtained after completing at least 4 years of study program in the thematic group of social sciences, business and law.
In order to enter the master's study program in Business Administration with the study length of 2 or 2,1 years, the applicants are requested to present an academic bachelor's diploma in the thematic group of social sciences, business and law or a professional bachelor diploma in a thematic group other than social sciences, business, and law.
Applicants are also requested to present one of the English language certificates mentioned within the Admission information. If the applicant does not have any of the respective English language certificates, however the medium of instruction of his/her bachelor studies was English, he/she will receive a link to Turība University on-line English test after the registration.
