The library of Turība University provides accessibility of a wide range of information sources. You can access the databases without password when using the computers available in the library. National Library of Latvia online subscription databases
The National Library of Latvia (NLL) (Latvijas Nacionālā bibliotēka or LNB in Latvian) is providing remote access to it's subscribed online databases outside NLL premises. To use this opportunity, you must first become a registered NLL reader. Both actions can be done in person or online by filling out and submitting the necessary applications. Open access databases
“Open access” is a movement that enables full-text scientific information to be accessed for free and without registration. It can be read, downloaded, copied, distributed, printed, quoted or used in any other legal form without financial, legal or technical constraints.
When using scientific information, users must preserve the integrity of the work, indicating the author of the work referred to and/or quoted. The author of a work has the right to stop distribution or use of an erroneous or misrepresented work for commercial purposes.
