Open access databases
“Open access” is a movement that enables full-text scientific information to be accessed for free and without registration. It can be read, downloaded, copied, distributed, printed, quoted or used in any other legal form without financial, legal or technical constraints.
When using scientific information, users must preserve the integrity of the work, indicating the author of the work referred to and/or quoted. The author of a work has the right to stop distribution or use of an erroneous or misrepresented work for commercial purposes.
