Student Hostel
The student hostel located in the Turība University campus offers spacious accommodation with 235 rooms and over 800 beds, providing options for both long-term residence and short-term stays.
The hostel is equipped with well-maintained shared shower facilities and toilets, as well as two kitchens on each floor.
The student hostel is situated in a neighborhood of Riga, where shops and a wide range of public services are available.

- 1-2 minutes walking distance to the Turība University railway station and 7-9 minutes by train to the center of Riga
- 3-5 minutes walking distance to MFD Health Center
- 10-12 minutes walking distance to the Rīga 2nd Hospital

- 25 minutes by public transport to the Old Town

Rooms
The number of beds in a standard room ranges from two to four. Depending on the occupancy of the student hostel, a four-bed room can be rented as a three-bed, two-bed, or single room according to the pricing.
The rent includes utility services: heating, water, electricity, WiFi, bed linen and its change, as well as other administration and maintenance costs.

Pricing of additional services:
Room change upon the tenant's request - 15.00Eur
The price does not include a fee of 1.00 EUR per night for a vacationer or tourist staying at the accommodation, but not more than 10.00 EUR for the total continuous stay at the tourist accommodation.
Students from other educational institutions are offered accommodation if there is availability and vacant spaces in the student hostel.

Students have access to a study room, lounge, computer room, game room, and a self-service laundry.
For the convenience of students and guests, there is a large paid parking lot next to the hotel.

For international applicants enrolling at the university for the first time, the reservation of accommodation in the student hostel is made by the International Office.
For international students who are already studying at the university and using the student hostel, the reservation should be made with the administrator or by emailing: hostel@turiba.lv.
Is there a limited time for entering/exiting the student hostel?
No, there are no time restrictions. You can enter/exit 24/7.
Are utility costs (water, electricity), internet, and bed linen included in the rent?
Yes, all utility costs, WiFi, and bed linen (blanket, pillow, sheet, duvet cover, towel, and blanket) are included in the rent.
When is the rent due?
When you move into the student hostel, you need to pay the rent for the first month. The rent for the next month must be paid by the date 25 of the current month.
Are laundry facilities available on-site?
Yes, there are self-service laundry facilities available for a fee, including drying and ironing.
Are there dishes, pans, and pots in the kitchens?
No, tenants are responsible for providing these items themselves.
How often is the bed linen changed?
Bed linen is changed every 2 weeks, with prior notice given.
